Like many practitioners, I began with curiosity — exploring Qigong, martial arts, and meditation.
But it didn’t take long to realise something was missing.
Most modern teachings talked about Qi, but rarely showed how to generate it, store it, refine it, or transform it.
That search led me to the mountains, temples, and training halls of China — and what became almost a decade of immersive study under genuine lineage masters.

I spent nearly nine years living, studying, and training in China — fully dedicated to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Classical Chinese Medicine, and authentic Neigong.
During this time, I had the rare privilege of learning privately from high-level masters who seldom taught outsiders, including:
One of the most respected internal cultivation teachers of his generation.
A teacher whose depth, precision, and insight shaped the foundation of my internal training.
Masters from family and temple traditions rarely seen in the West.
This was not classroom instruction — it was personal transmission, day after day.
Training happened in small mountain temples, private courtyards, and quiet village homes. Sessions often began before sunrise and continued late into the night. This is where I learned the Classical Chinese Medicine I often use during treatments.
These years reshaped my understanding of:
I learned that true internal skill is not mystical — it’s a process of structure, pressure, breath, and stillness working together.
Alongside this intense training, I completed a 5-Year degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, studying:
This allowed me to bridge ancient internal methods with modern anatomy and medicine — giving my teaching clarity, safety, and precision.
For several years, I worked as a translator and assistant for Chinese masters during international Neigong and medical seminars.
This gave me rare insight into:
Everything I teach is drawn directly from my own authentic training and personal practice.
Just the real internal process — simplified and structured so modern practitioners can follow it safely and correctly.
There are no secrets, only correct steps taken in the correct order.
I teach exactly as I was taught:
Students repeat fundamental practices for months — sometimes years — because that is how real internal change is created.
Those who stay consistent always experience:
My role is to guide each student with honesty, clarity, and refinement — ensuring the training remains safe, authentic, and effective.
I am a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and an indoor student of classical Daoist and shaolin lineages (Gengmen Pai and Yuanmen Pai).
I specialise in:
Through nearly 10 years of living and training in China, I have developed a rare expertise in both the medical and energetic sides of internal practice and I am happy to teach what I have learned to eager students.
With me you are learning authentic methods — not diluted modern adaptations.
However, there is always more to learn, I continue to train, refine, and improve — and each student I teach helps evolve the way I share these methods.

This was my first solo trip and it was a great success with so many wonderful health improvements for both students and those on the longevity and anti-aging retreat.
