⭐ Course 1 — The Vitality Restoring Neigong & Qigong 6-Month

This course is designed to rebuild health, teach simple but powerful meditations, restore natural energy flow, and prepare the body for true internal training.
It focuses on restoring vitality through gentle but effective Neigong and Qigong practices, practical lifestyle methods and daily habits that bring the body back into balance.

• Course Fee: 6 monthly payments of £59 
• Duration: Six months
   

Your monthly membership provides daily guidance and feedback through the private Discord support group, ensuring you receive the individual attention needed for steady progress.

⭐ Course 2 — Core Neigong Training

The Full Neigong Course begins with the Level 1 seminar and continues through progressively deeper levels of internal cultivation — from storing and refining Qi to compressing, circulating, and ultimately transforming it.

• Seminar Fee: £450 (Discounted if you finished the Vitality Restoring course) 
• Monthly Membership: £59/month 

Your monthly membership covers all future instruction — there are no additional tuition fees for higher levels.

Level 2-8 and the Yijinjing are all paid for with these monthly payments so you will never be stopped from advancing in levels because of ever increasing costs for advanced classes as with many other schools.

After 10 years of study, which includes the key practices needed all the way to qi emission and shen practices for spiritual development, payments become voluntary and are no longer needed to stay in the school. This means, after 10 years, you are a permanent member of the school for as long as it exists without needing to pay any monthly fee.

Because the monthly membership contributes toward future teaching and ensures fair access to ongoing training, students who pause or cancel payments will be required to make up any missed months before being allowed to continue with higher levels.

Cancelling your membership will result in immediate removal from the Discord group, as active participation and consistency are essential to genuine progress.

 📚 In-Person Seminars

In-person seminars are held in Europe, USA, Canada and Asia every 3 months and have additional cost associated with them. Cost ranges depending on who is doing the treatments/adjustments.
